U’ve really seen any Govn action having a positive effect and especially with an industry that moves so fast.
Even harder when its so easy 2 setup ‘shop’ and go (selling whatever). its all online so much harder to stop.

Maybe if they have some policing control regd SMS gateways then that might be a stop gap (but those sights are moving further up the eco-system to smartphones and hence the web)
